DR Sunbeam strings Sunbeam strings are hand wound upon round cores for wonderful sustain. Their tone does not decay as do other phosphor bronze strings. The Sunbeam phosphor bronze seems to sustain in a straight line, until the sound "falls off". The Sunbeam phosphor bronze strings are also musically bright and rich sounding.
